Founded in 1675, Masuda Tokubei Shoten is one of the oldest sake breweries in Fushimi, an area renowned for sake production, passing down through 14 generations of the Family under the name, "Tsuki no Katsura." The Concept Room will feature valuable antique utensils from the Masuda archive alongside a host of original items.　 The hotel Patisserie has created an exclusive set of sweets infused with Tsuki No Katsura sake, in addition to a special edition of FAUCHON’s signature lip-shaped "Bisou-Bisou" in the form of sake-infused pound cakes and crunchy chocolate rice puffs evoking sake in its raw form. As the ultimate souvenir, we include a Tsuki no Katsura sake bottle and an original tenugui (traditional cotton cloth) with the collaboration logo, and an opportunity to sample a set of drinks at the bar.
